What if my company needs a proper invoice ?
If the automated receipt is not sufficient, we will provide a correct VAT invoice, but we do need YOU to provide your Eu VAT code and possibly a purchasing order, if your accounting requires one.
Will I be able to replay/download the video lesson ?
Your lesson will be visible for 7days after purchase. You will however be able to download the pdf containing all material presented.
What if I need to ask questions ?
A discussion board is open for you to ask questions. I will reply ASAP. You can always also send an email. For complete BIMS-1 or BIMS-2 courses, we plan to open a live webconference for live questions.
